Tasting Notes:

2006 SHIRAZ was matured for twelve months in American Oak and is extremely well
balanced and round with spicy fruit characteristics and subtle tannin. It is a medium
bodied wine, excellent drinking now or for mid-term cellaring. 13% alc/vol.

2006 CHARDONNAY was matured for nine months “sur lie” (on yeast lees) in
French Oak barriques. It is an elegant and well balanced wine with a ripe, fruit driven
nose and a rich and creamy palate texture. A delicious fresh Chardonnay to enjoy now
or for short to mid-term cellaring. 13% alc/vol.
